NOTE: This is a guide of suggestions that you can use when introducing yourself. You do not have to use them.Since many people don't know what to say when introducing themselves to the forum, below are some ideas about what you can tell us. - Your name.
- How old you are.
- Where you live - Country, state, and maybe town if you feel comfortable enough, but do not give out your address unless absolutely necessary.
- How many rabbits you own.
- What are your rabbits like? Breeds? Personalities?
- How are you involved with rabbits? (Breeder, pet owner, rabbit rescue owner/worker etc.)
- A bit about your personality - What you like, favorite foods/movies, what you don't like, pet peeves etc.
- Other hobbies - e.g. writing, horse riding, photography.

I have a range of 4-H'ers. The show horses, steers and now bunnies. They are getting into the hopping, but I'm still learning the rules. I can use any advice out there. My bunny 4-H'ers range from adventurers to Intermediates.

Well, I figured I'd introduce myself, even though most everyone here knows me already, but hey, new members need to know too!
My name is Emily, I'm turning 16 on July 22nd, 2008. I live in Washington State (not Washington D.C.) in the USA. I own 8 rabbits as of now, but many more to come! hehe. I have 2 jumpers - one is mine, and the other is my moms' but my sister shows her and I train her hehe. I have all sorts of breeds of bunnies. I have an English Lop who thinks he's a puppy and he acts like it.....he's such a great bunny though. I have 3 mini rex who are all the sweetest bunnies ever, and so easy for fitting & showing...I have 2 mixes - one of which is my jumper. Then I also have a Netherland Dwarf & a Polish who is the other jumper. I am involved with rabbits by breeding, pet owning, and showing and I just love it! I wouldn't trade my bunnies for anything in the world!
I don't know what to say about my personality, other than I love the outdoors and showing and competing with my animals. I love to ride horses, show sheep, train animals, ride bikes, go quadding and do many other things as well.
My jumper is Magic-Star. I think he's American Sable X Dutch, but he is a Vienna Marked. He is a cuddly guy, and loves to give kisses to everyone. He can jump up to 25 inches long and high. He has been in training for a year and a half now, and never competed once, mostly becasue at the first competition he wasn't ready, and the last one I pulled him because he hurt his leg - I thought it was broken.
So, that's me & my bunnies! Emily
